In 2014, the Benda Group formulated its first medium-term management plan. The "ONE BENDA Project" serves as its core pillar. To pursue the ideal state of the Benda Group, we have since advanced through phases every three years, striving to achieve our strategy. Moving forward, instead of being overwhelmed by environmental changes, we will strive to develop new products that adapt to the environment, enhance our manufacturing base, and build a strong management system.

What is the "ONE BENDA Project" 1st?
As a core initiative of the Benda Group's first medium-term management plan, formulated as part of Benda Kogyo's 50th-anniversary project, the "ONE BENDA Project" has been launched. This project aims to establish a system that enables timely information sharing across the entire group and strategic business development under a common understanding, focusing on four key areas: development and design, sales and marketing, production and procurement, and business management.
Laying the groundwork for the establishment of the ONE BENDA system
- In 2014, Benda Thailand, our local subsidiary in Thailand, commenced operations to expand into the ASEAN market.
- Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2014, the company transitioned to a consolidated accounting system and introduced accounting audits.
- In 2016, the first factory in the Kurose Industrial Park was completed, strengthening our domestic production system.
- Four ONE BENDA projects (Development & Design, Sales & Marketing, Production & Procurement, Business Management) were launched.
