In 2014, the Benda Group formulated its first medium-term management plan. The cornerstone of this plan was the "ONE BENDA Project." To pursue the ideal state of the Benda Group, we have advanced through phases every three years since then, working towards the realization of our strategies. Moving forward, rather than being overwhelmed by environmental changes, we will strive to develop new products that adapt to the environment, enhance our manufacturing infrastructure, and build a strong management system.

What is the "ONE BENDA Project" 1st?
As part of the 50th anniversary of Benda Kogyo's founding, the "ONE BENDA Project" was launched as a pillar of the Benda Group's first Medium-Term Management Plan. This project, centered around four key areas – Development & Design, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Procurement, and Business Management – aimed to establish a system for timely understanding of information across the entire group and strategically expanding business under a common awareness.
Laying the groundwork for the establishment of the ONE BENDA structure
- In 2014, Benda Thailand, our local subsidiary in Thailand, began operations to cultivate the ASEAN market.
- Transition to a consolidated accounting system and introduction of accounting audits from the fiscal year ending March 2014.
- In 2016, the first factory in the Kurose Industrial Park was completed, strengthening our domestic production system.
- Four ONE BENDA projects (Development & Design, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Procurement, Business Management) were launched.
