Selected as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025 (Small and Medium-Sized Corporation Category (Next Bright 1000))
For the seventh year in a row, we were selected as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025. “Next Bright 1000” is an award given to the top 1000 companies out of 19,796 companies in the small and medium-sized corporation category in the “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025” category, as “excellent companies among the excellent health management companies” and “companies that promote health management in the community”.
We received a commendation from the National Federation of Corporations Associations.
Our company president, who serves as a executive director at the Kure Corporation Association (a public interest incorporated association), received a commendation from Mr. Eizo Kobayashi, the chairman of the National Federation of Corporations Associations (a public interest incorporated foundation).
Yancheng Benda Received the Quality Excellence Award from CNC Corporation
Yancheng Benda received the ‘Quality Excellence Award’ from CNC Corporation in Zhuhai , Guangdong , China. Among all of CNC’s partner companies in fiscal year 2023, Benda was recognized for its outstanding process evaluation and delivery quality.
Commended by the YMFG Regional Corporate Support Foundation
The commercialization activities of the visualization system advanced by Benda Engineering were commended for their potential contribution to the regional economic development.

For the sixth year in a row, we were selected as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2024.
Hiroshima Corporate Health Declaration , Certificate of Excellence in Health Promotion
Benda Kogyo’s health promotion initiatives (from April 2022 to March 2023) fulfilled the certification standards set by the Hiroshima Branch of the Japan Health Insurance Association, and received the “Hiroshima Corporate Health Declaration , Certificate of Excellence in Health Promotion (maximum 5 stars)”. We have been certified the past six years, and have received five-star certification the past three years.

For the fifth year in a row, we were selected as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2023.
Benda Sunkwang Received 41st Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award
Benda Sunkwang received 41st Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award (Intellectual Property Management Category). This award recognizes their acquisition of five patents related to technology development and their contribution to major domestic and international automakers in South Korea through the development of integrated drive plates and flywheel assemblies.
Qingdao Benda Received Letter of Appreciation from Wuhan Honda (WDHAC)
Qingdao Benda received Letter of Appreciation from Wuhan Honda (WDHAC) for its cooperative and proactive efforts, which contributed to the business development amidst COVID-19 pandemic and microcontroller shortage
Received the Semi Grand Prix at the Hiroshima Workstyle Conference
This is a project to commend companies that practice work style reform by “companies, social insurance consultants, the media” to learn “a way of working in Hiroshima District”, and to discover it, and to share it. Our approach was recognized as a reference for the aim of this project to raise the consciousness of work style reform in Hiroshima.

In March 2022, CNC Company in Zhuhai of Guangdong , China appreciated us for our prompt response, delivery time and quality among companies participating in the new development.
Awarded as an excellent health and productivity management company in Hiroshima Prefecture
Companies in Hiroshima Prefecture are commended for their efforts to actively engage in “health and productivity management” and achieve outstanding results that should serve as models for others. Efforts such as establishing an employee cafeteria and partially subsidizing the cost were appreciated.

For the fourth year in a row, we were selected as an Excellent Health Management Corporation 2022. “Bright 500” is an award given to the top 500 companies out of 12,255 companies in the small and medium-sized corporation category in the “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2021” category, as “excellent companies among the excellent health management companies” and “companies that promote health management in the community”.
Chief Engineerging award from YANMAR
We were appreciated the reduction of material input weight and lathe processing man-hours by making ring gear end face non-turning, In February 2022, we received the Chief Enginnering Award from Yanmar Global Expert.

Certified as a company that practices work style reform in Hiroshima Prefecture
Our policy on work style reform is to “promote diversity in work styles and aim to be a company with a good work-life balance while increasing added value and productivity”. Our efforts to introduce birthday leave system, telecommuting system, and counseling based on stress check results have earned us certification as a company that practices work style reform in Hiroshima Prefecture.

For the third year in a row, Benda Sunkwang has received the 2020 GM Global Supplier Quality Excellence Award for a number of achievements related to product quality.
